This Autumn ColegauCymru will be holding a series of events looking at the next stages for Active Wellbeing.
Supported by recent research funded by Welsh Government for better mental health in FE, the forums will involve staff and learners from colleges alongside stakeholders from the wellbeing and sport sectors.
Delegates will be able to learn more about active wellbeing and contribute to future development. Key themes include making the connection between activity and wellbeing; cultural change and developing a more resilient future workforce; and identifying opportunities for collaboration with FE colleges around active wellbeing.
