This bespoke leadership development programme, developed by FE Associates in partnership with ColegauCymru and supported by Medr, is designed to prepare aspiring senior leaders from Welsh colleges for future leadership roles.
Shaped by consultation with college CEOs and Principals, the programme focuses on building the skills, confidence and strategic understanding needed to lead effectively within the Welsh FE sector. Through workshops, action learning, networking opportunities and insights from senior sector leaders, participants will explore topics including self-leadership, systems thinking, change management, innovation, resource management and people leadership, helping them develop as confident and effective leaders who can contribute to both organisational success and sector-wide improvement.
