As Wales continues to see record numbers of young people choosing further education, ColegauCymru has written to the Chair of the Senedd’s Children, Young People, and Education Committee, Buffy Williams MS, to highlight the urgent financial pressures facing colleges.
The letter sets out the challenges brought by increased participation, the need for additional support for learners, and calls for emergency funding and a revision of the Welsh Government’s budget to ensure colleges can continue to deliver for Wales’ future.
