Office of the Independent Adjudicator: Scheme Consultation

ColegauCymru has submitted its response to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator’s (OIA) consultation on proposed new Scheme Rules. The response welcomes the OIA’s engagement with the further education sector but highlights concerns that the proposals do not yet fully reflect the needs and experiences of FE learners in Wales. ColegauCymru has called for more inclusive language, clearer learner pathways and closer collaboration with the sector to ensure the scheme is fit for purpose.
