ColegauCymru are broadly supportive of providers having a greater element of choice to enable them to respond to the needs of learners and employers, therefore this raises concerns about the proposal to restrict the market. However, if the decision to restrict the market is taken then it is important that any reforms are implemented carefully and that a clear review process is put in place to understand the impact of any changes on learners, employers, and providers.
